Hi all, is there any way to get a good valuation or your desired valuation of a HDB property?
I intend to sell my HDB flat but after reading around recently, the valuation of property is unjustifiable lower than the past transactions (not to mention the intended selling price). I don't wish to end up selling low for no reason or selling higher than the valuation whereby potential buyers cannot afford forking extra cash to make up the difference. I would very much want the valuation to match my selling price but how to do it, please advice anyone?
